Learn how to use the Compliance Dashboard in the Shifts platform to monitor labor law compliance in real-time, identify trends, prioritize issues, and take proactive action to maintain regulatory compliance.

Overview

The Compliance Dashboard in Shifts provides an at-a-glance view of your organizationโ€™s labor law compliance status across all locations and departments. It displays real-time metrics, visualizes trends, highlights potential issues, and tracks resolution progress. This centralized monitoring tool helps administrators maintain compliance, identify patterns, and take proactive measures to prevent violations. This article explains how to access, use, and customize the dashboard for effective compliance monitoring.

Accessing the Compliance Dashboard

To view the compliance dashboard:

  1. Log in with administrator credentials
  2. Navigate to Admin > Compliance Management > Dashboard
  3. The main dashboard view will appear with key metrics and visualizations
  4. Use the navigation tabs to access different compliance categories

Dashboard Components

Compliance Overview Panel

The top section provides a high-level summary:

  • Compliance Score: Overall compliance rating (0-100%)
  • Active Issues: Count of current unresolved compliance issues

  1. Click the Break Compliance tab

Rest Period Dashboard

Customizing the Dashboard

Creating Custom Views
