The Compliance Dashboard in Shifts provides an at-a-glance view of your organizationโs labor law compliance status across all locations and departments. It displays real-time metrics, visualizes trends, highlights potential issues, and tracks resolution progress. This centralized monitoring tool helps administrators maintain compliance, identify patterns, and take proactive measures to prevent violations. This article explains how to access, use, and customize the dashboard for effective compliance monitoring.
Accessing the Compliance Dashboard
To view the compliance dashboard:
- Log in with administrator credentials
- Navigate to Admin > Compliance Management > Dashboard
- The main dashboard view will appear with key metrics and visualizations
- Use the navigation tabs to access different compliance categories
Dashboard Components
Compliance Overview Panel
The top section provides a high-level summary:
- Compliance Score: Overall compliance rating (0-100%)
